What kind of products & gifts are available at Aarwee?

Aarwee is a one-stop shop for all kinds of gifting requirement. We have created bespoke collections for almost all kinds of recipients & occasions. We handpick items from over 200 product categories. We are also market leaders in specialty product/gift categories like Personalized products, Hampers, Flowers, Cakes and Handmade chocolates. We also offer large signature collections of over 2000 products for all key festivals in India, including both domestic (Rakhi, Diwali, Bhaidooj ,etc) and international (valentine’s day, mother’s day, etc) festivals.

How do I make an exchange?

No, we do not provide COD option for a simple reason that the sender of the gift (who buys the gift & is responsible for the payment) is invariably different from the recipient of the gift.

What do I do if my payment is deducted but my order is not placed?

In rare instances when you have made the payment and have not received an order confirmation email within 24hours, please call our customer care at +91 8860349364 Monday to Saturday between 9 am to 7 pm. We will help you with the order. We will either refund your money or create an order for you, whichever you prefer. In case you are not able to call us, please write to us at Wecare@aarwee.com.
